    1. All praises to the Triune GOD, Mandy. ☝️🙂👍 Now that we have confessed that JESUS is our Lord and Savior, we focus in faith and love in Him and His teachings and commandments. It is hard to let go of worldly worries and affairs; it is a constant struggle, especially these days but we will ask the Triune GOD to renew our minds and hearts that we will have peace and let go of worldly worries, knowing that He is our GOD, Redeemer and Protector.

  1. Thank you, Bettie! All praises to the Triune GOD. Actually, this is part of a series indicating that JESUS is GOD and is with GOD the FATHER in heaven, with JESUS seated at His right hand. Anticipating when JESUS appears again by being ready with faith in CHRIST and following His teachings in the process. There will be a new series next week.

RE: Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. – v. 2.

This verse is in sharp contrast to the subject matter of my post this morning.

    1. Hi, Tom, timely, I was about to comment to your post when your comment here pops up. Yes, I gave my thoughts in Mandy and Bettie’s comments. Let us ask GOD to renew our minds and hearts (from worldly concerns and) to focus in love and faith in JESUS. Thank you for your post, Tom. Now, I’m going back to your post.👍

  3. Thank you Clark. Powerful Scripture you shared today.
Set our minds on things that are above! For we have died and our life is hidden with Christ in God. So much to extract and ponder from that verse.
I pray the Holy Spirit will give us a deeper insight into that wonderful truth.
    Blessings

    1. All praises to the Triune GOD, Crissy! ☝️🙂👍As CHRIST owned and redeemed, we have a new life to live with. We also need the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT as we go with our lives. Checking on your post now.

  4. True, Jim, we are saved through GOD’s grace alone and never our own effort. Not even a thousand things that we assumed we do for GOD, like these blogs, could ever saved us from even a tiniest fraction of one sin committed in just an hour. It is really a delight after we are redeemed through faith in JESUS CHRIST alone that we focus on things above knowing that what we suffer here is not comparable when we meet GOD in heaven.
