Merciful, gracious and slow to anger are attributes of God that often is grouped together in many verses in the OT; what wonderful attributes of God though!
Thank you for that information, Jim! It is what we call today as “messaging” and just shows, we sinners have hope in our GOD that we will be pardoned. What a timely thing, I’m reading a verse on dicipline (Proverbs 3:11).
