Good morning, Mandy! It is a good reminder and one of the great verses. JESUS, Himself said, don’t worry! It is indeed a new perspective on what we pray, what we seek, and what we surrender to GOD. The omniscient Triune GOD knows what we need. And by His providence and will, He will sustain us. GOD bless you and Nathan, Mandy!
Good evening, Crissy! True, this is directly from GOD! Since the omniscient GOD knows what we need and provides for us according to His will, we should surrender then our needs and worries to Him who sustains us to the very end. What He gives or otherwise is according to His purpose and plan for us. GOD bless you!
True, Jim! Trusting and surrendering to Him all our concerns is essential. This transit world is just a test for the glorious heaven. It is a test if we trust GOD. May GOD always remind us that no matter how heavy are our concerns, He is there with us. GOD bless you and your family!
True, Tom, it is a reassuring verse! GOD will provide in His own time and purpose. And He provides something better than what we need. We just have to look into GOD’s reason and purpose, which we will know in heaven. We will keep the faith in Him who saves us in the first place. GOD bless you and your wife!
True Allan, GOD is omniscient and omnipresent to know what we truly need according to His purpose for us. He chooses what is best for us and a path i.e. be with Him someday and having faith in Him. Most of the times, His best is undesirable by worldly perspective. GOD bless you and your family!
True, ma’am Bonnie, the Triune GOD who saves and sustains us, knows what we really need as opposed to what we just wanted. The verse also reminds me of the song, “Who am I” by Casting Crowns. GOD bless you and your family!
Amen! I remind myself of this when I am anxious.

Oh how it is a full time job to remind people He is there for us. It is what we all believers are to do to remind each other.

Not much though, I had to wake up early every Tuesday and use a certain time of the day to compensate.

Thanks, Kent! I think of this passage often when I begin to fret about temporal needs.
