    1. Amen! Thank you Perth Girl! We humbly accept GOD’s saving grace with faith in Him Who is so merciful to us. We can see in this verse that the Triune GOD not only saves us and impart the Truths but also ensures that we understand what His salvation is all about; all for His glory alone. It is also about training/renewing us to be holy as He is Holy. This spiritual and mindset changes prepares us for Heaven where we reside with Him for eternity. Worshipping GOD perpetually in eternity requires genuine faith and a mindset of gratitude to GOD while we are still on Earth. That is probably the message of this set of verses. Blessings to you and your family!

    1. True, Donna! By faith, “we belong to no other than GOD’s own possession.” We believe that when GOD the FATHER calls us by His grace, we are His elect as we are justified by the atoning sacrifice of JESUS CHRIST. We are then trained or sanctified by the HOLY SPIRIT to live a self-controlled, upright, and godly life despite the wickedness of the world and our sinful nature; just like in the time of Titus in Crete when Paul wrote him and giving his fellow traveler/co-worker in CHRIST instructions. JESUS CHRIST, who will also keep us from falling, will complete our sanctification process making us Heaven-ready. Our Savior and great GOD JESUS CHRIST will come gloriously when He returns and we all join Him in Heaven. Blessings to you, your family, and your ministry!

  1. Love how v. 11 shows God is gracious but v. 12shows that the implication of God’s grace coming to the world means we pursue and train for holiness. What a wonder that Christ redeems us per v. 14. But we know elsewhere in the BIble all the Members of the Trinity is involved in redeeming us!

    1. True, Jim! GOD’s generous grace not only saves us but also transforms us into a self-controlled, godly, and upright person for Heaven. Chances are, these will be the values and traits that we will be having in Heaven. Pondering on these verses (11, 12, and 14) that you pointed out, we are really blessed because we don’t deserve this at all and yet we are people for His own possession that He keeps for eternity. This Truth we humbly receive and believe by faith and know that the Triune GOD did call us and work on our sanctification and salvation. True and still related to your Bible Study lecture on GOD’s attribute of Perichoresis. Blessings to you and your family!

    1. True, Tom! We are still easily enticed with the worldly. Probably because sanctification is a long long process and behavioral/mindset transformation takes time. We can’t be self-controlled, godly, and upright people in just a few years but GOD is patient with our ”striving” as He too works in our holiness. Also, having these (for the lack of a better term in these sleepy hours) ”earthly baggage” makes us humble more in the presence of GOD as we rely heavily on His grace; His grace not only to save us but also to transform us. We will just remember Paul’s ”thorn in the flesh” that humbles him and JESUS CHRIST’s power made perfect in his weakness. Blessings to you and your family!

    1. You are right, Richard! We all need GOD’s grace! In fact, it is what important/essential in every moment or milli-second e.g. the oxygen we breathe alone. Most important of all is GOD’s saving grace that leads to our salvation, including molding us to be holy and Heaven-ready. GOD’grace that calls us to have a right relationship with Him despite our sins. And GOD’s grace that receives us to be with Him for eternity. GOD’s amazing grace!

    1. So amazing indeed, is GOD’s grace for us Crissy! His grace means a lot for us in many ways and forms, for without it, we are nothing. Every moment of our lives, we can consider as His grace, from small “stuff” to big “stuff” we praise Him. These also include our online ministry and your physical outreach ministry where we can see His grace that at times gives us a smile. Although, works like this won’t save us but we believe that GOD smiled. The biggest grace of all is our salvation and that alone implies a lot too, from GOD the FATHER choosing us, to His call and justification through the redemptive work of JESUS CHRIST, and as presented in these verses, to JESUS keeping us through sanctification that He completes, and finally the transformation of our Earthly decayed body into a glorified one. All of these are for His glory and grace alone. Blessings to you, your family, and your outreach ministry!

      1. Yes indeed Clark. All for His glory. Without God’s intervention we would never be able to believe the gospel. In the garden of Eden, Adam and Eve hid from God, they didn’t go to Him, God showed Amazing Grace by coming to them. We are so blessed Clark. And so grateful.
Thank you for all you do online to reach out
The Lord bless you and your family .
I hope your Sunday is going well.

        1. True, Crissy! We are grateful to GOD’s intervention and without it, we are definitely doomed to eternal torment. You are right, GOD did initiate and it was and still is His grace that calls us back to Him despite what Adam and Eve did. We do appreciate it, Crissy, we all appreciate GOD’s, wondrous love and blessing that we are saved.

I’m grateful to GOD for this opportunity to do something that I wanted to do in a certain period of my childhood i.e. teaching on JESUS on Sunday School. Honestly, I never thought GOD will grant it twice but more focus on videos (for the first one) and graphics (for the current one). Anyway, Sunday is still good at 9:48 PM PHT, thank GOD! A blessed week to you, your family, and your team!
