  1. This verse from Palm Sunday is pertinent yet even after all the years of following my Lord it is still bittersweet. The injustice of man alongside Almighty God’s Justice is hard to comprehend. Yet I rejoice in Jesus’s Obedience that makes my Salvation a reality. Thank you Kent for this meditation, it is great to see your comments open again brother. May our Father God bless you richly this Lord’s Day brother.

    1. Happy Palm Sunday, Alan! True, this is a week of remembrance of humankind’s injustice to GOD (torture, mocking, and nailing included) and GOD’s justice (propitiation for our sins) to humans on the cross. Indeed, if we juxtaposed them, we appreciate GOD more than ever with faith, to say the least of how truly just and magnificently loving the Triune GOD is to us. All of these, including our salvation, is for His glory alone. Well, the vacation on that one is over for now and I’m refreshed/rejuvinated with the month plus break. Thank you, Alan! Likewise, GOD bless you and your family!

    1. Good morning! Thank you, Mandy! I told you so, it is going to be Palm Sunday. True, there are lots of “wonderful truths” in that Chapter so this week will be a Psalm 118-centric one. Thank you too for your prayers! As announced last night, we are back with the Enhanced Community Quarantine here in Metro Manila due to a surge of infection that we talked about two days ago. People are rushing in today to buy the essentials before the most stringent among Q-levels will begin at midnight. Praying for them. GOD bless you, Nathan, and your parents!

        1. Mandy, I am actually about to email you but since you replied here, I will ask, do you eat fish? Yes, you know the reason for the question and we watched it earlier this evening i.e. Netflix’s Seaspiracy. It is distressing to sea (see) all those bycatch and wastage on top of other issues. We segue our minds now to the “good stuff” with Sam, Bucky, and friends. Four more exciting episodes to go!

        2. Mandy, thank you too! It was very interesting and distressing as well. We have to put our faith in GOD and pray for His providence before the fish stock will be depleted in this ongoing rate.

        3. I will pray for your lecture and preparations, Mandy! May GOD bless you in edifying these church youth and may He open their hearts to know JESUS more in the lenses of the OT. I’m looking forward to your article! Indeed, there is an element of greed in this overfishing. May we look for alternatives to Omega-3.

    1. Thank you, Dora! Happy Palm Sunday as well! Time runs fast, it is already Easter and another good reminder that the Son of Man bore our sins. You are right, Dora, we should rejoice that GOD the SON JESUS CHRIST redeemed us, He is victorious, and above all, He reigns! Hosanna to the Highest! GOD bless you and your family!

      1. Thank you, Gersom. I want to always be amazed by his love for us, because when I am, I rejoice with joy unspeakable. And so I look at the Cross. His love, his glory is manifest there, how amazing!

        1. True, Dora! It is truly amazing and you are right it is unspeakable joy how GOD, in His own accord, saved us! And it is also amazing to know that He also works on our salvation. Thus, we rejoice! My apologies, I responded on your comment earlier today but I kind of missed to press the reply button so my response became a new comment (below) of the post, sorry.

    1. Hello my dear friend, Crissy! It seems been a while. You know what, I remembered one of your articles/stories earlier this afternoon when the song “Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus” was played on YouTube. A blessed Holy Week ahead! GOD bless you, your family, and your ministry/fishers of men team! May GOD lead those whom He calls to you and your team!
