You are right, Jim! Psalm 118 is a very interesting chapter and it is relevant this week as with 2000 years ago. In fact, we have a whole week focusing on some verses of the chapter. The verse also reminds us that JESUS, who lived a righteous and sinless life, entered the gates of Jerusalem in the week leading to His crucifixion. The comments section is back. True, because JESUS atoned for our sins and clothed us with His righteousness, we will be able to enter the gates. We should sing praises to our Savior and GOD as we reflect on His payment for all our sins. We are grateful to the Triune GOD for this opportunity not just to share but also to learn His Word. Amen! you are right Donna! By GOD the FATHER’s grace in CHRIST, we can enter. JESUS, who never sinned, has clothed us with His righteousness, and with that, we are reconciled with GOD. Praise the Triune GOD indeed! GOD bless you, your family, and your ministry!
