And I guess also your favorite of JESUS’ “I AMs” in the Bible. Indeed, the Triune GOD, by His mercy, not only saves us but allows us to know, believe, love, listen, obey, and serve Him (e.g. making Him known) as His follower. It includes loving one another in His name. Also, to be willing to suffer for Him. That fruit, as a result of His choosing and calling us, is as delicious as sweet Manila mango. You have a similar verse that delves into GOD’s Sovereign election last Tuesday. And that one is better and connects the previous topic of total depravity and inability. Do you have a graphics guy in your chuch? I have an idea on the concept and layout of the brochure but I’m not into digital drawing. He/she has to draw a heart like rock and rock type of tube that eventually transitions into arteries and veins as the discussion progresses from humans’ inability into GOD’s salvation.
We do have an artist who attends Wednesday morning Biblestudy who I can ask to draw that imagery! I thank you and thank God for you saying about making a brochure of this, haven’t crossed my mind. Now you added a good idea too!
Right! Hopefully the regular resource person of the Wednesday morning (Pacific Standard Time) Bible Study would give a less than 100 words to capture the covered Truths for a half an A4 size PDF. Praying that he does.
You are definitely right, Crissy! It is all GOD’s power and grace and He does it for His glory alone. We are grateful as recipients as we get to know Him, make Him known, and make us walk by faith in earth in preparation for Heaven/Millennial Kingdom. Blessings to you and your family! Wow this is such a good verse! I wished I had this for my Bible study on Tuesday! Very good verse that shows God’s sovereign grace!
