As a person is called by GOD the FATHER and begins to know more about GOD, His Salvation plan, and Truths by the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT, he/she then walks/lives by faith in JESUS CHRIST. The angels–who knew that many of their kind were thrown to hell when they rebelled with GOD–are rejoicing/celebrating and praising GOD as a rebel returns to GOD and following JESUS CHRIST in the process.
