Very true and edifying! Indeed, with GOD’s gift/work on our Salvation, we are His and so does our priorities i.e. sanctification; a walk by faith in JESUS CHRIST as our Lord/Master of our life and Savior from our sins and torment in the place called hell. Also, GOD the SON laid down the objective of our salvation in this verse; from the darkness and into the light. Blessings to you and your family!
Those in darkness of sin see no problem with the darkness, until Christ – The Light of the World shines upon it. Only He can open eyes to our sins. Hallelujah for the Lamb of God!
Alan, your description reminded me of the sermon that I’ve heard last night on JESUS CHRIST victorious return that when He comes, those tribes in the world will mourn (Matthew 24:30). You are right, only our Lord GOD and Savior can make us realized the gravity of our sins and how we need Him more to save us. A blessed week to you and your family!
