Amen! What a verse indeed, Mandy! GOD is holy, hate sins, just, merciful, and sin cannot stand in His presence/holiness. For that reason we are bought/redeemed by GOD the FATHER’s Son, JESUS CHRIST on the cross, cleansing our sins, putting on us JESUS’ righteousness, and the HOLY SPIRIT indwells in us in this sanctification process so we will be reunited with the Triune GOD in heaven. Now, we will glorify GOD in our body by not engaging into body defilement sins. Blessings to you and your family! Good evening!

You are right, Jim, it has implication on holiness, like GOD the HOLY SPIRIT residing in us, directing His elect to be like JESUS CHRIST, and ensuring we get to worhip Him in heaven; all for GOD’s glory alone. The Israelite tent/temple is in my mind, where GOD dwells in the holiest of holies back then. GOD bless you and your family!
