When in our sanctification, we realized the hand of the Triune GOD in the changing of our behavior and perspective towards 1) following JESUS way alone, 2) living a godly life in faith alone, 3) grateful for GOD’s grace alone, and 4) conscious not to sin, then we are a new creation in JESUS CHRIST indeed. GOD has written the laws in our heart and mind, we are not slaves to sin but renewed to righteousness, and put on/embraced this righteousness. We
can truly sing and shout to the LORD in praises indeed, Mandy! Hallelujah! Grateful to the Triune GOD. GOD bless you and your family!
Grateful to the Triune GOD for His love and guidance, Mandy, to all of us bloggers that are in service of Him, and of course to the one who prayed for me. Good morning!
I love this passage! What a wonder that He has made us new creation in Christ! What an amazing Spiritual reality within us that we cannot self-generate, but we are instead regenerate because of the Spirit’s work, because of God the Father’s plan, and on the basis of the death of the Son!
You are absolutely right, Jim! To reiterate, we are a new creation (regenerate) because of the 1) work of the HOLY SPIRIT, 2) plan of GOD the FATHER, and 3) redemptive work of GOD the SON. That is the work of the Triune GOD in us and not our own. For the reason we humble ourselves in bended knees, thanking the Triune GOD for loving the undeserving sinner i.e. all of us whom He elects. “Gotcha!” You are also a Trinitarian, Jim! 👍
True. Yes, GOD’s grace still amazes us. That line reminds me of a song’s title. GOD’s grace like His love is deeper, wider, stronger, and higher than anyting we have seen. That will be for tomorrow’s verse. And bended knees for the next day. I’ve uploaded already for the succeeding days in preparation for another Typhoon.
I agree with you, Crissy, we rejoice in the truth! We are very grateful to the Triune GOD for His work in us, for changing us into someone that is ready to worship Him forever in heaven. GOD gave us a new start with Him, renewing us, and throwing the sins we had before. Indeed, He is an awesome GOD that we serve with all our heart, mind, body, and soul! Praise the LORD! This verse is the logical sequence (if not the conclusion) to what was built up in the previous sets of verses. GOD bless you and your family!
Amen! Praise the Lord! Hallelujah!

Amen! Yes you spelled it out in a very nuanced way that is Trinitarian. Amazing Grace to think of what God has done to save us
