  1. This makes me think of how any “success” we have, we need to realize we don’t know so much of the factors involved with how things go well; so therefore we must be careful of taking credit for everything when there’s so many things we don’t know.

    1. You are definitely right, Jim! There are many factors, circumstances, events, and “characters” involved that led to one story of success and the One making it possible is GOD; directing it all for His ultimate glory. Credit actually is subjective; unless it is all our tools, oxygen that we breathe, and everything that was utilized, then the credit is all ours. But that is not the case. We humbly acknowledge GOD, who has made these successes possible and who can also humble emperors (not the penguins though). Acknowledging GOD, does not stop us from investing on what is light. Blessings to you and your family!

  2. There is such a great gulf between us and God, for all “ we are fearfully and wonderfully made.” This itself ought to produce the fear of God in every human being. But how much more do we fear God knowing that “the very hairs of your head are numbered,” so much does this omniscient, omnipotent and wise God loves us! Have a peaceful night, Kent, and grace to you and your family,
    Dora

    1. First of all, welcome back Dora! I’m so glad that you are back from your vacation/WP leave! True, a great gulf between the Creator and the created and yet human sometimes (if not most times) takes that gap and GOD for granted both in language and action. You are right, fear should be produced as GOD should be on the pedestal way up. We lose the reverence to Him who holds our breathe, let alone, all the hairs of our head, every single cell that the powerful microscope sees and neuron in our brain. Knowing how GOD is in control of all these in our body, makes us realized we are not really in control. The Creator GOD is the one we should trust. Good morning there! Blessings to you and your family!
