We need to examine scripture just as minutely as your graphic suggests, don’t we? It is the first step to growing in the fear (reverence and awe) of the Lord and the knowledge of Him. Praying your week will be blessed for you and your family! And peace. The holiday “season” now that the holiday has begun.
Very true, Dora! We should and a good Study Bible will help us understand the passages better. Knowing the Triune GOD will make us reverently fear, love, and worship Him. Yes, just like the early Christians who heard of Ananias and Sapphira’s fate, they too gained wisdom and insight, especially with the presence of the HOLY SPIRIT. This verse is also nostalgic for me. Blessings to you and your family!
Very true, Donna! Fearing GOD truly, in His power and justice, is so necessary in our lives (in this transient world) to give us the right perspective so we will walk in His path. This is with insight on the consequence 🔥 (Matthew 10:28) if we rebel. Blessings to you and your family!
GOD is the source of Godly wisdom (as opposed to an earthly one) and He gives it when we ask Him. Godly wisdom helps us to discern and be sanctified in pursuit of our Lord and Savior, JESUS CHRIST; and with the inspiration of the HOLY SPIRIT. Blessings to you and your family, Jim!
Thank you Richard; I’m grateful to GOD for His direction in the sets of series. We need to listen, ponder, and act on this verse as when GOD gives wisdom, He does guide towards Him here and after here (i.e. Heaven). Blessings to you Richard and your family as well!

The fear of the Lord is a hard concept to explain, but so necessary in our lives.
