I will agree to that, Jim! They will probably recall that they were jubilant at that time, knowing their brother, friend, healer, and teacher is the Messiah and Son of God.
The Lord has given us so much proof of the truth of His word. Yes, we live by faith but it’s definitely not a blind faith. Truth is there if we want to receive it.
True, Donna, it is not a blind faith! Historically, there were many eyewitnesses already who knew that JESUS walk after His resurrection; Christ met them individually, in twos, or as a group. Now, I’m reminded of the parable of the sower when it comes to receiving the truth.
I can’t wait to go to heaven to meet some of these 500 saints! And to hear it from them what it was like to see the Resurrected Christ!
