    1. Amen! We are glad, Mandy that those nature and attributes of GOD never changes for forever; reflecting on the current Bible Study lecture by Jim and your comments. Thanking GOD for sustaining us daily, works for the good of those who loved Him in His Sovereign will, and He does everything that He wills, including our salvation and calming of raging waves as the verse of the day points to. Blessings to you, Nathan and your parents!

        1. Likewise, Mandy! Thank you both for your prayers! Grateful for GOD that the projected strength of the storm is not that strong. To be fair with the weather (a practical one) the light storm gives cooler air 🌬❄ and lowers the temperature 🔥 that Metro Manila has experienced for weeks. We will pray that GOD watches/rescues those who will be/are in danger and that DRM plans and protocols will be/are properly implemented to save lives and properties. The wind strength seems to be just half of what you and Nathan have experienced last week, it is the possibility of floods that is worrisome. Listening to Eschatology at GotQuestions will help you while counting 🐑. 😉 It helps me to sleep for awhile until I got intetested with the topic/subject.

        2. You are welcome, Mandy! This is rare and there is a lesson we can get from this that storms are not purely disasters. Although there are floods in Visayas/central Philippines (and DRM plans and protocols are in place) this light storm gives a temporal alleviation in certain parts of the country in terms of lower temperature and maybe with the recent rotational brown out (due to over consumption of electricity such as for AC and powerplant problems).

    1. True Perth Girl! With these attributes of our Triune GOD that you mentioned, we can smile at the raging waves and storms; yes, both the actual storm/raging waves and life’s storms. As the song goes, when CHRIST is in our vessel, we can smile…with assurance! Blessings to you and your family!

    1. True my friend! GOD is faithful in many ways that we cannot count anymore. GOD calms a storm that is few kms. from here that it is not as strong as other typhoons. Blessings to and your family!

    1. You are definitelu right, Donna! Because GOD is so faithful to us, even if most/sometimes we are not, we have peace in our heart knowing that we are saved/given salvation by GOD and we have oxygen to breathe; among other things that GOD sustains us. That gives us peace. Blessings to you and your family!
