The ESV version words it beautifully. Living in the fear of the Lord and the comfort of the Holy Spirit, they are two aspects that can seem disconnected but is not.

Very true Manu, it is all connected; all in GOD’s divine providence and most of all, His saving grace! Yes, when the Triune GOD redeems the person and renews His heart, the person has both the fear of upsetting GOD and loving Him who saved him/her from the punishment in hell. With the presence of GOD the HOLY SPIRIT in us, we have comfort. He not only guides, intercedes, convicts us when we sinned but also gives us the peace during our storms in life. Praying with you Dora! It is possible in the level of the individual (as we both experienced it). But in a congregation level, it will be a miracle and a GOD given gift these days. We must pray. Blessings to you and your family!
