We should listen to this promise from our Lord GOD and Savior, JESUS and, figuratively speaking, plant it in our hearts. It does give an assurance of our heart, that CHRIST will not lose anyone of the elect. We also know that the purpose of GOD the FATHER electing people is to give it to JESUS. So we follow CHRIST! You are definitely right about it, Crissy! We are secured in GOD. We are secured physically, emotionally, and most of all spiritually in our faithful Triune GOD. And above all, our salvation is secured the moment GOD the FATHER elects us, as the HOLY SPIRIT continually convicts and points us to JESUS, and as JESUS CHRIST finishes His work in us. It is indeed a complete Work of GOD. We only accept this Truth by faith and show our gratitude by not sinning, this with the guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT. What a magnificent Triune GOD He is!
