Very true, Donna! We have a GOD who is also a Just and Righteous Judge. He listens, receives, and acts on our prayers according to His will, plan, and purpose. JESUS CHRIST, Himself, emphasized this through His Parable that GOD will act speedily in behalf of His elect. This reminds us of Romans 8:28. “And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose” (ESV). All of these is for His glory alone. Grateful to GOD for this timely picture. Blessings to you, your family, and your ministry!
My first thought went to the boxer by S&G where everyone wants to leave and go home but the persistent widow stays, fights and petitions the unjust judge. Praise God He is Just! Praise God that He never tires of hearing the requests and petitions of His people. Love and blessings!
True, persistence is the key! Although the Filipino counterpart of the term is “pagtitiyaga” but the Parable is more related to the word “kulit” and that defines the act of petitioning. What is S&G? Blessings to you and your family!
OUCH! Even an unjust judge will behave justly to avoid harassment! That’s a knockout graphic, Kent. 😀 I’m so grateful for the privilege we enjoy as the family of God to go to our Father with every need and with every petition in the cause of righteousness.

P.S. Wonderful to hear of the “Bayang Magiliw” being sung as Hidilyn Diaz became the first Filipino to win the gold medal! Congratulations to the Philippines! 🇵🇭
Dora, thank you so much!!! It is the very first Olympic 🥇and we can’t imagine that the playing of the National Anthem will happened in our lifetime! Many athletes wanted to give honor to the country since and finally, Hidilyn Diaz did it!
True Dora, the consistent, thorough, and frequent harassment in the form of nagging can give desired results. We all want peace of mind, and the unjust judge in JESUS’ parable is no exception. You are right, how much more will GOD give us, His elect/children, the privilege that all our petitions be heard. GOD does respond to it all and sometimes we cannot realized that was the response or that He has a far better answer in mind for us. That is indeed a joy to know whether here or in Heaven. Grateful to GOD for the timely availability of that picture. That defines the the act of A.S.K.ing, yes not to clobber but to be (strongly) persistent about it. Afterall, GOD knows beforehand what we are about to ask. Blessings to you and your family!
Grateful to GOD for the availability of that picture. GOD responds to our prayers, how much more if it is about salvation. Requesting/talking to GOD daily is a good exercise even if His answers may not be what our finite mind expects. Blessings to you and your family!
Yes, it does give humour too and I’m happy GOD leads the way to discoving that image! Como estas mi amiga? 😊 It boils down to persistence in prayer to GOD. The Filipino term for that is “pangungulit” or “kulit” and it implies persistence either through constant nagging or repeated discussions/request. But with GOD, a daily prayer on one’s petitions is fine as long as we have faith and trust in Him who can do all things according to His will, plan, and purpose for us. Tambien! Blessings to you, your Fryday team, and your family!
Hilarious picture but appropriate. Thankful we have a just Judge.

Searching and listening to the song, the tune is familiar, thought I didn’t associate the title with tune.

But it brings a powerful point beautifully in the image.
Have a blessed Wednesday and keep safe.
