True, the Book of Revelation, just like the Gospels, Romans, and James to name some, have a lot of “powerful” verses. Here is an interesting set of verses for pre-trib post-trib debate. The martyrs were told to wait for a little while; this comes after JESUS broke/opened another seal (i.e. 5th). We can only know in Heaven when our bodies will rise and one thing for sure, it will be at the moment of the second coming of CHRIST. GOD bless you and your family, Mandy!
Deep and meaningful verses about God’s people giving up their lives rather than deny Christ .
Thank you Clark for posting these. One day soon our faith may be tested may our triune God give us the strength to stand.
Blessings Clark
May the Triune GOD, indeed, gives us strength in faith at that very moment, Crissy, if or when we will be martyrs at the end times or serving Him safely; all for GOD’s purpose and glory. True, Crissy, it is meaningful, heart warming, and spirit lifting that there were those who chose GOD despite “persecution, or distress, or nakedness, or famine, or danger, or sword” (Romans 8:35-36). And there are still many who will sacrifice their lives in faith in CHRIST JESUS. What an assurance that our GOD and Shepherd does cater for our needs including vengeance; all in His hands. This does embolden us to carry on in faith and service no matter the dangers that lie ahead. GOD bless you, your family, and ministry!
You are right, Crissy, we must (in the words of Paul,) “press on” and know the Triune GOD more and draw closer to Him. That is the only way we can grasp a bit His will for us individually and collectively, to discern through His guidance, and live a sanctified life in our walk by faith. A blessed Wednesday, Crissy! Blessings to your plans for your regular Friday ministry!
GOD the SON’s glory is also shown in His victory i.e. JESUS CHRIST’s victory against His enemies and victory with His followers who remained His to the very end dispite persecutions. At the same time, JESUS’ glory will be displayed when He breaks the seals and opens each of the seven scrolls as the only Worthy to do it in the Eyes of GOD the FATHER and entire existence.
Wow! This is Gold. I’m going to have to work on it tomorrow after I sleep as I’m going to write a shorter post for tonight but wow scanning it, this is good
You’re welcome Pastor. This, along with what I emailed before, might help in connecting with them. Sometimes, familiar names or words will hold their attention even in hours. What time is the start of the presentation?
What matters are the souls tonight and the next who have/will listen(ed) to your video that GOD will save. You actually did in the start on traffic and how Filipinos see purgatory. “Nice graphics by the way.”
Thanks, Kent. This post reminds me that the church has endured terrible persecutions in the past and that believers are currently facing great oppression in some parts of the world. Believers in America including myself have become complacent, taking our temporal freedoms for granted, but how would we react if our faith meant going to jail or being tortured or executed?
True, indeed, this set of verses is also a reminder for us, Tom of those Christians who were persecuted, being feed to lions, stoned, beaten, jailed, tortured, wiped out, among other means since the coming of the HOLY SPIRIT to present day. Persecutions and aggressions against the believers of JESUS, as the scripture says, will continue until He comes again (i.e. the second time). Both US and PH enjoys religious freedoms. You are right, Tom, because we can read the Bible anywhere, pray to GOD, worship Him, spread His Word, testify, and express our gratitude to Him in public knowing that the prying eyes can do no harm nor persecute, we all are complacent. We find battles elsewhere. If we will experienced events like the end times, we will savor this freedom and GOD given opportunity. Let us strengthen our faith in Him in our sanctification while it is still calm and no persecutions. GOD bless you and Corrine!
You are right, Donna! We should pray for them, that GOD will strengthen their faith, give them a peace of heart in spite of their affliction, and protection as well. We should also count our blessings in the LORD that we can profess our faith in Him freely. I hope the Tribulation will not happen in our lifetime; only GOD the FATHER knows. We should cherish the relative calmness and press on with our ministry. GOD bless you, your family, and ministry!
GOD willing! Only GOD can lead a person to believing faith in Him. We will pray for that because there is no other way for salvation and Heaven/Millennial Kingdom but through the belief in JESUS CHRIST as GOD and Lord of our life.
Powerful image even more powerful verses! Love and blessings to you and your family!

This scripture is so sad but with a promise. It is also a reminder to pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters.
