Powerful image for these verses, brother! Praying I will have cell service where we are going to connect with these posts! Praying for you and your efforts! Love and blessings to you and your peeps!
Grateful to GOD for these pertinent pictures, Mandy! Don’t bother the posts and social media. We will be praying for cell signal as it is essential, also have others means to communicate like ham radio, just in case. Above all, have fun!! Enjoy the refreshing scenes! Blessings to you, Nathan, and your family!
I agree with you 100%! The Psalms truly are timeless! It is sobering to remember that for the Psalmists they did not have the ongoing, indwelling Presence of the Holy Spirit. I think believers today take the Holy Spirit, His Comfort, His indwelling Presence for granted. This is another area where believers should love Jesus even more for His death, resurrection and ascension and sending the Holy Spirit who comforts us in all our afflictions so that we may comfort others!!
Mandy, I love this comment. The awareness of the Trinity and their roles makes one love Jesus more!!! I’m so grateful to be on the New Covenant side of history.
Thank you both for your insights! May we share GOD’s Good News of salvation to those who perceived their separation from GOD due to the gravity of their sins. Blessings to you both and your respective families!
You are definitely right, Donna! The psalmist has not known of the atoning sacrifice and imputed righteousness from JESUS CHRIST yet, when he wrote this but he knows what it is like to be out of GOD’s grace. He conveys, in his prayer to GOD, what it means to be cut off from GOD’s mercy as he expresses what his agony seems like. The good thing is, he communicates it with GOD. We are grateful to GOD the FATHER for His grace, the HOLY SPIRIT for His guidance, and JESUS CHRIST for washing away our sins, giving us a right relationship with GOD the FATHER so we “never have to face the same.” Praise GOD! Blessings to you and your family!

Its amazing how expressive the Psalms get in describing being separated from God, or going through trials and tribulations
