“For behold he is praying.” I do not know why those words spoken by our Lord move me so deeply, but they do. And once again the details of the instructions attest to their historicity, not just Ananias was sent to Saul, but that this happened in *this* way, and it was God’s plan! Dora, I’m not going to give answers to the why but I feel that the HOLY SPIRIT is communicating with your spirit. Telling Ananias that Paul, the once persecutor, is praying might calm him, just like meeting a toothless and nail less tiger. 🐯 Better yet, a GOD guaranteed person. Even the location, i.e. a long street called Straight in Damascus, tells us that this indeed happened and a historical fact. In tomorrow’s post, we will have a graphic of the historical Straight street (see Wikipedia) instead of contact lenses or Capiz shells. True, it is GOD’s plan and He wrote this before His creation began. I believe so as GOD is Omniscient. Thank you for your blessings! A blessed Tuesday to you and your family!
According to Wikipedia (kindly check) it is a long street in Damascus and you can appreciate that Biblical records are verified by historical facts. Sometimes, when we don’t have an idea, we compensate that with our own baseless and untruth thoughts. So, to avoid that, the Bible shows every necessary detail. Blessings to you and your family!
