Thank you for the heads up, Mandy, I forgot to upload a featured image.🙂👍 This is a follow up on yesterday’s post on loving GOD and the next logical step after fearing Him. Now that we are grounded in love to the Triune GOD, we comprehend in our finite mind how awesomely amazing, wonderful, and far beyond superlatives we can think of and grasp who GOD is. That awareness/knowledge of Him is surpassed by JESUS’ love for us. That is humongous! The words breath, length, height, and depth reminded me of the song, Your Grace Still Amazes Me. GOD bless you and your family!
The verse, Crissy, reminds us again that through the acceptance by faith, JESUS CHRIST dwells in us. As we walk by faith in love of the Triune GOD, we begin to comprehend, in our finite mind and level of knowledge, His attributes, His work in our salvation, will and purpose, and His immeasurable love for us; all for His glory. This song, sang during a Christmas concert in Australia in 2009, comes in mind. Amen indeed. Blessing to you and your family!
Yes, Crissy, a Typhoon has just passed past midnight here and affected 3 regions with floods, storm surges, and winds. Many houses were inundated. Btw, I updated my comment in the thread above with a link to the song, Your Grace Still Amazes Me.
Amen! You are right, ma’am Bonnie, not just in our thoughts but also in our Spirit just as we worship the Triune GOD in truth and in spirit. A blessed day to you and your family! We are experiencing another Typhoon/Hurricane right now as the eyewall is closing to us in the capital. Thanking GOD, the winds is not as strong as the previous Typhoon.
True, Jim! Amen to that! Now, while we are sanctified and we progress in faith in the Triune GOD, may we walk in a Godly manner. We are currently in a blackout with strong winds and rains.
We have a lot to be grateful to GOD that we are ok and that by His blessings, the place is built to withstand and located on higher and solid ground. But certain areas in Metro Manila and Central Luzon are in danger, at risk to be flooded or hazard prone e.g. landslides, lahar mud flow.
Is it possible to truly know the depths of the love of Christ or is it something we grow in until we see Him and then it is fully revealed? For now I’m thankful for the love I do know and pray this prayer often.
Good point, Donna! Yes, it is impossible to know the depth or get the extent of the love of JESUS while here on earth in the information available to us sans new information revealed in heaven. Taking a moment of our in time in a snapshot, we have the knowledge on JESUS’ love to be able confess that He is GOD and Savior, assured in surrender to Him, and love Him as much as we can. GOD bless you, your family, and ministry team! I’ll continue reading your post tomorrow, Donna. For now, light and connectivity is limited here in Metro Manila and neighboring provinces due to a blackout caused by a passing Typhoon that has really strong winds and heavy rains right now.
Praising GOD indeed, Kristi, for His immeasurable love for us! Because of the Triune GOD’s love to us, He works for our salvation so we can worship Him in heaven; all for His glory! GOD bless you and your family!
