    1. You are right, Mandy! It is an amazing promise of GOD’s election that is found in both the New Testament and Old Testament, thus affirmed by GOD that He does elect people to live a life in faith in Him and someday join Him in His Heavenly Kingdom. GOD knew before creation what humans will become so He acted alone on our salvation. He is calling His elect, wherever they are and whatever circumstances they are facing, to seek Him further in their hearts as He proclaims His Lordship in their lives. Blessings to you, Nathan, and your parents!

    1. You are right, Dora! GOD the FATHER’s sovereignty and providence on our lives are indeed our eternal security. We rest on the promise of GOD that His grace and goodness will shine on us, like these tulips receiving sunlight. This as He proclaims His name on our renewed hearts so we can follow Him. His choosing of us pave the way for our acceptance of JESUS CHRIST as our Lord GOD and Savior and following His Way. May we proclaim GOD’s providence and sovereignty in electing people, especially to those who need assurance from GOD that He will accept them in the last days. Blessings to you and your family!

    1. You are right Jim! This is just to prove how GOD wants us to discover/know/heed these important Truths and promises of His as these are repeated and emphasized again and again in different books of the Bible. May we accept and ponder on these Truths, and hold on to these promises as “goodness” coming from GOD for our faith and sanctification. May we also be guided by His Word as we are continuesly guided by the HOLY SPIRIT to make JESUS CHRIST the Lord of our life and Savior from sins. GOD, indeed took the initiative to reveal Himself. Blessings to you, Nancy, and the kids!

    1. Achromatic world it is. I can’t imagine how cold it must be in Osaka right now at 4 degrees Celcious, Agehamodoki! When we went there in March 2019, it was cold for me. It looks like some parts of the world has that same feel these days. I missed walking around Osaka Castle. We also kept on listening to NHK as our primary source of international news (along with BBC) even after the trips.

    1. You are right, Richard! Everything in GOD’s creation is good and shows/reflects His goodness to His created. In Him, we know what goodness is like. What we see daily, is humankind’s varied responses to GOD’s eternal goodness. In this verse, His goodness is also given to His own chosen people. That goodness leads to a path of salvation and reconciliation with GOD the FATHER in Heaven through JESUS CHRIST. Blessings to you and your family! .
