As markets will soon crash and currency changes and supplies run short, praise God that we will be safe and secure in Christ knowing that what happens to us on this earth is not the final say. Won’t be easy but trusting in Yahweh will bring life. Love and blessings, brother!
Thank you for your insight, Mandy! We should rely/trust in GOD and not in our false sense of worldly security (e.g. wealth, human protection, even relationships). Indeed, praise the Triune GOD that we are secure in Him, in His salvation by GOD the FATHER’s grace and calling, JESUS CHRIST atoning sactifice and imputed righteousness, and the HOLY SPIRIT’s guidance.
I love The Lord, through His Word He warns us of snares and as His children His promises are yes and Amen in Christ.
Trust your day is going well.
Blessings to you and yours Clark
Well, I just had a nap after the online Bible Study, Crissy. Thank GOD, my day is going well but I have to use the picture of a gun and money just to convey the false sense of security in the world instead of relying on GOD. The Triune GOD assures us, with so many verses, that we can trust Him as our only true GOD. And when we surrender our trust in these worldly securities, just like snares that traps our reliance from GOD, it is an affront to GOD. These set of “verses of assurance in GOD” is what we also needed to understand the next series of a man’s frustration and feeling of being cut off from GOD’s mercy, which will start on May 22. You might have encountered that Psalm. Thank you my friend!
Looking forward to your next series. You are doing a great work for the Lord.
Good you had a nap and that your day went well.
Good evening to you my friend.
So many find whats in the pictures as snares and temptations in their lives. What a sober warning. Out of fear of man people may want power with money and capacity for violence.
You are right, Jim! Indeed “out of fear of man people may want power with money and capacity for violence.” There are so many examples around the world were reliance has shifted from GOD to bodyguard and others like money that provide a sense of safety. While it is good to make plans and ensure our security, we should not rely on it but constantly ask GOD for worldly protection, provision, and eternal security, among others. Here in the country, it is common knowledge that we have self professing “(c)hristians” who are also corrupt because they need security from their political enemies and also to remain in power. This set of verses reminds us of the Parable of the rich fool who also relied on his own capacity than GOD.
GOD willing, by prayer for their behalf that GOD will enlightened them and see that their “securities” can only do so much and that they will rely on GOD. Our pastor back then during the late 90s to early 2000s always mentioned about trusting GOD and asking for wisdom from HIM on decisions in life even on business matters. At that time, the idea was “alien” to me and I can’t fathom asking GOD on guidance on decisions. Well, there is hope for those who are yet to realize and trust GOD on His guidance and direction.
That is a good advice: “ Our pastor back then during the late 90s to early 2000s always mentioned about trusting GOD and asking for wisdom from HIM on decisions in life even on business matters”. If you accept this now then that show your own spiritual growth!
Of course, you still doubt pastor after many exchanges in this site alone? As stated, I’m ecouraging people who are in that situation, having experienced the same before.
I’m glad that God has given you this ministry on the site in the comment to discuss and declare God’s truth that helps people to see all of God’s Word is relevant for life and salvation. The meticulous providence of God is so practical and life changing

May this be used by God to convict and indict those who don’t trust in Him but other things above God
