Very true, Donna! The Triune GOD hears our cries/prayers when we seek Him earnestly. Even when we have sinned, GOD is merciful. But we should always keep in mind, He is also just. Although we are completely paid by the atoning sacrifice of JESUS CHRIST, He also disciplines us.
When GOD is with us, we are victorious according to GOD’s sovereign will, purpose, and sole glory. Blessings to you and your family!
So true, Donna! GOD’s discipline is not just a spank but something, quoting from you, “keeps us moving toward the victory.” It sanctifies us in preparation to worshipping GOD for eternity.
We all need to know that besides, the HOLY SPIRIT’s work can be found in the beginning. These are the things that will happen to us with the presence of the HOLY SPIRIT. He can give us victory in many ways (e.g. temptation) in JESUS’ name. On a different note, the Judge here has the same name as the owner of the picture in tomorrow’s post.
