The HOLY SPIRIT gave Peter a (urgent) midday vision as the beneficiaries of GOD’s grace (yes, including the servants of Cornelius) were already in the gate area of the house. The quickest message/briefing/information to give.
Reptiles are one of the food that are allowed to be eaten and I can attest that the monitor lizard that was cooked with coconut milk in 1992, tasted like chicken, Jim!
Me, I’m still praying for the people in the central and southern parts of the country. The storm was the strongest one this year actually and devastating. Back then, 75 cities/municipalities don’t have electricity and there was no phone signal in certain areas. Some places don’t even have water. That is the state so far. Still praying for them. Blessings to you and your family!
Thank you pastor Jim! Blessing on your sermon delivery. Only one time in 1992, as we were invited in a teens legislature campaign dinner, with an exotic dish. Not so sure if we have eaten one in Malaysia during an island tour, as its meat is tendier than that of a chicken. The boatman was smiling when we asked if the satay was chicken. These verses encourages us to share the Gospel to people who we might think as not typical or impossible (hardened) to be converted.
